In 2021, Fernando collaborated with the Netflix Theatre Artist’s Fund on a campaign aimed at raising funds to support the recovery of the theatre industry from the impact of Covid-19 on its services. The concept was simple but powerful: a partnership with Google Maps to black out every theatre in the UK. Each donated pound unlocks a pixel, gradually restoring the buildings, and bringing the industry back to life—both on the platform and its workers.

In 2024, Fernando returns to Netflix to Creative Direct the biggest event of the African Cinema Industry. The Netflix Nigeria Celebration of the Stars: Lights, Camera, Naija.
Responsible for coordinating and and creating the style of all content coming out of the event for the Star Guests social channels.
